Concept of Near - Far

Following are some ways to explain the relative concept of Near - Far:

1. Place an object close to the child and tell her that it is near her
2. Place another object/toy very far from the child and tell her it is very far 
3. Show the child that she cannot reach out to the toy that is far from her, she needs to walk to it to get it
