Fun observing ants
There were quite a few ants moving hither tither in the balcony and I showed the same to A. She was very excited and started imitating how the ants moved. Then I showed her the ant hole where every ant was going in and another coming out. And, she could imagine a story out of this scene. She kept calling for ants to come out of the ant hole. As and when there was an ant coming out of the hole, she screamed with happiness.
Seeing her response, I kept talking more and more about ants, about the various types, their home, how they carry food to the ant hole, how they move in a line and even the famous story 'Ant and the Grasshopper'.
